The beds were really comfortable, and the service was great. We also liked that they offered greener options, like reusing towels, without making guests choose them. The hotel had the feel of a home Jane Austen might have visited, with modern comforts like showers. We absolutely adored our stay and would recommend it 100%.

The food had lots of variety and was very good, and the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in a clean, extremely cozy room on the top floor and really enjoyed our time at Cranleigh. It's a late Victorian family house turned hotel, with brilliant rooms. First-time visitors to Bath might think it's a little far from the centre, but it's well connected by bus. If you like walking, it's about 40 minutes from the station.

We were greeted warmly, and the place was lovely and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast we had was good enough for us. A cooked breakfast costs extra. I'd recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the near future.

There were hairs and a blouse left behind in our room when we arrived, so the maid could pay more attention to the details. Still, it's a very pleasant spot for a romantic weekend. The rooms are comfortable and vintage in style, and the view from the window is beautiful. It feels like a unique, romantic place with its own personality.

The hamper breakfast is a must, and the rooms are clean with some lovely thoughtful touches. The staff are friendly and so helpful. This is a quaint B&B, one of the best you could find. Bath city centre is a pleasant, manageable 20-minute walk, which is worth it since finding parking in the city can take longer. We'll stay here again when we return to Bath.
