We got a text saying the room was ready, but when we arrived it was filthy: wet dirty towels, no bed linen, a dirty kitchen, full rubbish bins and dirty pans left out. The coffee machine was sitting on old coffee stains and didn’t work properly. I called three or four times and went straight to voicemail before I eventually got through. Housekeeping came to clean after we complained. It was better afterward, but still not right. We didn’t get into the room until 6pm, so we had to cancel our dinner booking. I emailed the address after our stay to complain and was completely ignored. It ruined our stay, and it was the worst city break I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it and definitely wouldn’t go back.

The best place we stayed on our UK city trip. We were there as a family on 1 Jan 2018, in a really stylish two-bedroom apartment right on Bath's high street. The kitchen had all the modern equipment and utensils we needed, including an oven, fire stove and wine chiller, and the big window made it well ventilated. The location is hard to beat, and having a free parking permit for the high street was a real bonus. A charming family place. Well done Melissa, Peter and the team!

Dream Stays was a great stay. It was right in the centre of Bath, so everything was convenient and within walking distance. The place was clean, with comfortable beds, and had a washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishes. It had some of the comforts of home.

We could explore Bath and all its delights on foot from this beautiful apartment. It was perfectly placed for a short city break, and had all the amenities we needed to cater for ourselves.

The flat's location works perfectly for me, right in the centre and less than a minute from the high street, Roman Baths, Abbey and Thermea Spa. I do wish I were here as a tourist! I travel to Bath every month for business, work that can't be done over Zoom, and have tried different apartments and townhouses each time. Somehow, most of the 5-star reviews I leave end up being for this company. The team at the other end of the phone always makes everything easy and friendly. What a company!
