Breakfast had loads of choice, including a lovely continental spread, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Free parking on site was a real bonus, and Bath was about a 10-minute walk away. We’d stay again. Our room at Grays Boutique B&B was beautiful, with a four-poster bed and gorgeous views across the city. It was spotless, and robes and slippers were a nice extra. The building is old and charming, though you can hear people in the room above when it’s occupied. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s worth knowing.

The breakfast room was a delight, and the food was so good you won’t need lunch afterward. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and nothing seemed to be a problem. The whole B&B was clean, beautifully decorated and clearly well cared for, right down to the details. Stuart greeted us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful. He surprised us with an upgrade for Lady Emns birthday weekend and gave us useful suggestions for places to eat. We tried OPA and the Botanist during our stay. We had a super time in Bath and would happily stay here again.

We had a really relaxing stay in a beautiful place. The room was comfortable and very clean, and we had the choice of a buffet or cooked breakfast. The traditional breakfast came out hot and perfectly cooked, with lovely service. The host was welcoming and happy to help with local advice. There’s parking and WiFi if you need it, and town is a short walk away. Thank you!

The staff were excellent and breakfast was really good. It’s lovely and clean, though a little paintwork could do with touching up. One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in for a long time.

After the long journey, James gave us a nice welcome and shared a bit about the city. Our top-floor room was warm, but there was a fan provided. Breakfast was served in a bright room by two pleasant ladies. It’s about a 15-minute walk down the hill, and I’d look to stay here again next time I visit Bath.
