The basement bedroom would be more practical with a loo downstairs instead of a shower, and the top floor bedrooms smelled musty. I did love the first floor bathroom, though I can't see when you'd need two separate showers. If you're showering with a friend, wouldn't you want to be in the same one? The decor, comfortable rooms and good kitchen were all highlights.

The place is decorated to a high standard and the beds are comfortable. There isn't a toilet on the lower floors, which is a nuisance if you're in the basement room. The fridge is also quite small if as many as 12-14 people are sharing it. Otherwise, nice accommodation.

We stayed with friends in August at the old crescent Bakery, and had a lovely time. The house was beautiful, with four bedrooms and comfy beds. The bathrooms were lovely and the showers hot, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook. It's clean, easy to book, and very well located. The Royal Crescent is a five minute walk away, with cafes and galleries nearby, and the shopping area is about 19 minutes on foot. We all enjoyed our stay and are booking again for Christmas. 100% recommend. Enjoy your stay when you go xxx

We had a fantastic stay, and being able to bring our dog made it even more enjoyable for the whole family. The property felt warm and clean, with modern decor that still had a touch of history. It's good value and close to lots of tourist spots, dog friendly parks, cafes and restaurants. We look forward to coming back.
