We loved the location, right between the Royal Crescent and the Circus, which made exploring historic Bath on foot easy. Landrace and Beckford Bottle Shop were great for meals, and the mattresses, the same ones used by Six Senses hotels, were seriously divine. We're already planning another stay. The 8 Holland Street Townhouse is a dream for anyone who loves design. It's filled with an unbelievable collection of Mid-Century and contemporary furniture, as well as amazing modern British art. The beautiful 8 Holland Street gallery is right downstairs. Breakfast was a proper smorgasbord, served by the lovely Alishia, which made the experience feel even more special.

I spent one night at 8 Holland Street in Bath on the last Wednesday in February, visiting friends. I usually stay at one of the City Center hotels, but this time I decided to try the accommodations at 8 Holland Street, as I've always loved their gallery in Bath. Suite One, on the second floor, was stunning, with lovely light and a super comfortable super king sized bed. The attention to detail surprised me, and the suite was adorned with visually exciting gallery pieces. It had an ensuite and a dressing room with a beautiful bath. I didn't get the chance to enjoy a Magnesium Salt bath this time, but I'll return and make sure I do next time. The location is perfect for me. It's literally next door to the Royal Crescent, which I always insist on visiting, and Margaret Buildings is such a beautiful area, with coffee shops, galleries, restaurants and shops. It's also only a five-minute walk into town, ideal for shopping and going out for dinner. The building is stunning, and the entrance door on Brock Street was very easy to access. Inside, it feels like stepping into a living gallery, with visually exciting decor and furniture starting in the entrance hall. I was blown away by the spacious communal lounge and kitchen, a perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. I hope to stay again very soon.

We loved our suite and the delicious breakfasts in the beautiful communal kitchen. The welcoming stay felt restful, surrounded by so much art and beautiful design. Royal Crescent is just 15 seconds away, and some excellent restaurants and antiques shops are a stone's throw away. I'd always wanted to visit Bath and stay at 8 Holland Street. What a gem, and we definitely look forward to another visit.

The staff were chatty and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. From the location to the decor, everything suited us perfectly. It's one of the quirkiest, cutest places we've ever stayed, and we've travelled a lot. Highly recommended, five stars from me ☺️

The beautifully curated interior design had everything we could possibly need, and the location was great. Alicia was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, while Alisha's hospitality at breakfast was second to none. We'd return without hesitation.
