Westward

We stayed in the self catering accommodation, not the B & B. It looks like a shed with a bed, but there's much more to it: an en-suite, a kitchen area, and everything we needed. The little terrace was a lovely quiet place to sit, and it made a great base for walking nearby. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We needed a few hooks for clothes in the bathroom and for coats, the only downside I can think of. It's a common thing to overlook, though it would be easy to fix. The timber lodge was beautifully hand built, quiet, well insulated, light, calming, practical, and charming. After three nights here, this was by far our best experience of the glamping huts we've stayed in around Scotland over the past few years. We'll be back.

We got some good hiking tips from the lovely, friendly hosts, and breakfast had vegan options too, which was great. The rooms were comfy and cosy with everything we needed. Great location for our couple of nights here.

From the bed in our Eco-Hut, all we could see was grass, trees, sky, and birds. It was wonderfully quiet, right in the middle of nature. The hut was clean and comfy, and the hosts were very friendly and gave us some good ideas for things to do around Cannich. We'd definitely stay there again.
