For more than 10 years, we’ve operated our surveying business from Wellington Park Business Centre and would gladly recommend it. The facilities meet our needs, and we can use extra meeting rooms whenever needed. What matters most is the professional way the centre is run. The friendly, courteous staff give our business the professional face we want and our clients expect.

Bluegator Creative has used The Wellington Park Business Centre for years, and we couldn’t recommend the team more. Jennifer, Leah and Jolene are always available, go above and beyond, and pay incredible attention to detail. The office spaces are welcoming and high quality. We also get great use out of the meeting room when we have larger groups of clients to meet.

Jennifer, Leah and Jolene are extremely helpful with customer enquiries and deliveries when we’re unavailable. I was looking for a ground-floor office with its own door and easy access to Belfast city centre, and Wellington Park Business Centre had a range of sizes, including one that suited our needs. I highly recommend it.

Jennifer has been a great help as our business moved into the Wellington Park Business Centre. She took care of removing unwanted furniture, and when we asked for another desk, it was sorted within 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d highly recommend the centre to businesses looking for serviced office space.
