Sykes cancelled our holiday by email with just 6 days’ notice. We were already staying in another cottage booked through Sykes, with no internet, so we didn’t find out until Tuesday afternoon, just before arriving on Friday. Sykes customer service handled the whole thing badly, and we wouldn’t use them again.
