The location is the one good thing. It's far too expensive, though students end up paying because there aren't other options. The room feels cramped, probably because what may have been a lovely two-storey house was renovated into three floors. The floors, walls and ceiling are so thin I hear neighbours using taps, showering, flushing, walking around, talking on the phone, playing music, really anything. When something goes wrong, which happens fairly often, I contact management. They do sort things out, but slowly. There was a leak through the bathroom light, for instance, and it took around three days for them to inspect it. The leak's fixed now, but the light has been out for a week. I'd avoid staying here if you have another choice.

I'm still at their other nearby property, waiting for someone to deal with the washing machine in the shared area. They missed the 3 PM visit today, and even after I called a few times and was told they'd come that afternoon, nobody showed. Can someone confirm when the maintenance contractor is coming tonight? Email replies from management do come, but not quickly, and a few days of waiting can get pretty uncomfortable. Heating in the room can have problems too, never mind the washing machine. I hope they'll provide a phone number or chat for urgent repairs. The accommodation is affordable, so don't expect much from the facilities.

Student digs with a poor finish. The shower's tiny and the bed was low and cheap. Seriously overpriced, but there wasn't much else available.
