Premier Inn Birmingham (great Barr/m6 J7)

Good value for money, and I’d definitely recommend Great Barr. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you’d expect. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Lisa in the breakfast room. She was so helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

Breakfast was lovely, and a big thank you to the chef. Lisa was the standout of our stay at Premier Inn Great Barr. She welcomed us with a warm, funny manner as soon as we arrived, which made us feel looked after straight away. Our room was spotless and ready, but my friend had accidentally booked the wrong type. Lisa listened, reassured us, and quickly found a great alternative. She took charge calmly and turned what could’ve been a stressful problem into an easy fix. She was both professional and genuinely kind. People like Lisa make a hotel feel special. I’d happily recommend Premier Inn Great Barr, and meeting her is a lovely way to start your stay.

Lisa and her team were friendly, helpful and accommodating, which made our short visit relaxed and pleasant. My family and I stayed at the beginning of January. It’s smaller than most hotels we’ve used, but our room was very clean, comfortable and nicely prepared.

Everything I needed for one night, with a comfortable room and a shower. I’d hoped for a bath, though they seem so rare now. The staff were lovely and really helpful.
