You can walk into bham City centre from here, and New St Station is about five minutes away. There’s a concierge, and a large teaching express on the corner of the building. There are a lot of complaints about parking, but people need to display their permits.
I got a parking fine and court summons for using my parking lot, even though they said parking was free and gave me a permit. Six weeks later, it still hasn’t been sorted, and they’re acting like I’m in the wrong. When I asked about being fined for a free spot, the response was that there was nothing they could do. Their customer service by phone and email is rude and unhelpful. This is the worst review I could give.
This is a dreadful place to live. The flats are horrible, there’s no sense of community, and parking fees and fines are insane if you forget to display a permit. It has no soul. I wouldn’t rent or buy here.
Cool place, with a great view and close to everything.
