The couple who run this place are friendly, easy to approach, and happy to offer advice about local things to do if you ask. Our room was a good size, though as a bloke over 6ft I found the bathroom a bit cramped. There’s free WiFi, and the tram stop right outside the B&B gives you a cheap, practical way to get into town and explore nearby towns. It’s about 2 miles from the Town Centre, away from the main part of Blackpool and its stag and hen parties. Probably the quietest stay we've had in Blackpool so far.

It's a value for money hotel, but tired and in need of renovation. They've spent some money, yet more is needed to bring it up to the standard of other places in the area. Perhaps it's difficult to invest when few people stay there. It feels like a cycle: no money to invest means no improvements, and then no new customers.

Ray and Tricia couldn't do enough for us, and made us feel so welcome. We had a fantastic room with amazing sea views, and the hotel was very clean. Ray cooked a lovely breakfast. We've been to Blackpool hundreds of times, and I can honestly say this was a perfect three day stay. We enjoyed every minute and got great suggestions for events going on. Can't wait to stay again soon. Keep up the good work.
