Kim was a great host and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was huge and delicious, just right to set us up for the day. We were in town for the weekend to see Strictly the Professionals, and the location worked so well. It's about ten minutes from the Winter Gardens and close to plenty of other attractions, including Central Pier.

The room was very clean and the hotel felt welcoming, but the layout needs some thought. There wasn't a toilet roll holder in the bathroom or a shower shelf for toiletries, so we had to put them on the floor. The hospitality tray was crammed onto a little shelf that shook while the kettle boiled, which felt unsafe and should be fixed before there's an accident. We stayed at Harleys from 16th-18th May for two nights in the king room. They call it that because it has a king-size bed and a large TV, but the room itself is tiny. A few coat hangers on a rail weren't nearly enough, and the chest of four drawers was so small it was pretty useless. Breakfast was a bit overcooked and far too much food, which was overwhelming.

Kim made us feel very welcome, and the bathroom was lovely and modern. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. There was lots to choose from at breakfast, and it was great. We had a lovely holiday.

The full English breakfast was delicious every morning, freshly cooked, with cereals and fruit to choose from. Jayne and Ray were friendly, welcoming hosts and made sure we had a great stay. Our room was cosy, clean, and very comfortable, all for a great price. We couldn't fault anything. Would we stay again? Try and stop us! Nicole & Dean

Another brilliant stay at Harleys. The rooms are clean and lovely and warm, and they make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts? Brilliant. Can't wait to come back next year.
