We got good value at £45 per night for our two nights in a bedsit style room. The location is central, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the shower was decent. It had the facilities we needed, including a cooker, hob, microwave, cutlery, pots, pans and kettle. Nothing comes to mind as a negative for that price. The bed pulled down from the wall, so you need to move the sofa. That's something to keep in mind if you're not in particularly good health. We'd stay again.

We stayed in flat 2, one adult with three kids, and there was plenty of space. The kids loved it. It was very clean and quiet, with good curtains that kept the room dark so we could sleep easily. The owner met us on arrival, showed us around the flat, explained how everything worked and where to put rubbish. Shops, the beach and arcades are all nearby, with everything you need close at hand. We met the owner again when leaving and would stay again 100%.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean when I stayed with my partner and two young children. It's a five minute walk to central pier. I'll definitely stay here again.

It was peaceful here, with the main prom about a 10-minute walk away. Central Pier was close enough to reach easily, while the noise and bustle were far enough off. The place was very clean and laid out with plenty of space. It had all the equipment we needed, whether staying for a weekend or several weeks. Excellent.
