We had a really cosy, comfortable two-night stay. Howard, the owner, is lovely and happy to help with any questions. The place is within walking distance of the main front, which is great. I'd definitely book again and recommend it to friends or family.

Nicola was such a friendly, lovely woman inside and out. Thanks a lot for your kind help, Karen Main. I'll be back in October.

The worst part was how Howard handled our complaint. We told him we were unhappy and asked whether the rooms could be changed when we left the apartments, but he moved all our belongings out himself and wouldn’t have a conversation with us. It felt really immature, and the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. There were eight of us staying for a cousin’s birthday. Family members had booked a ground-floor flat, but we were given a rooftop apartment. The photos didn’t match what we wanted. The bathroom looked dated, the shower was so small you’d need to be under five feet to fit, and the toilets wouldn’t flush. The TV remotes didn’t work either. I’d tell people to stay somewhere else.

Howard made us feel so welcome during our hen weekend in Blackpool, and went out of his way to help with anything we needed. The first night, there was a problem with our room door, but he came straight over and fixed it. We’ve just got back and honestly couldn’t fault the Somerset apartments. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely host and a fantastic apartment, it felt like home. Everything we needed was about a three-minute walk away. I’d definitely stay again ❤️
