Bryan and the staff were very welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and good quality. The rooms were as expected and good value for money. I wasn't sure the shower would be much good, but it had a lovely temperature and was quite powerful. I'd definitely stay again.

The upgraded family room was too small, and there was black mould on the round shelf unit in the bedroom. The bathroom was awful. The shower head was rusty, there was no soap dish, and the plughole was thick with slimy black mould. Brown slime covered the base of the toilet pedestal. It looked like nobody had cleaned in there for weeks.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and are looking forward to coming back soon. Bryan and Paula are great hosts, and the place feels warm and friendly. The bar is very reasonably priced, and breakfast is superb. Their son Luca is a real help to them, pitching in with breakfast service in the mornings.

Paula and Bryan are amazing and couldn't do more for you. The whole family is super helpful, and breakfast is 10/10. All the attractions are within walking distance. It's the nicest hotel, and we'll definitely stay again. I'd 100% recommend it.
