The hosts were friendly and helpful when we did see them. One lady even knocked to ask if we needed anything for the flat, though being self-catering we didn't expect much contact. These are great self-contained studio flats right in the heart of Blackpool. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and we'd definitely stay again. They are a little tired and could use some TLC, plus a bit more personality. There was no WiFi, which was a shame.

Mandy and Ged gave us such a warm welcome, so a big thank you to them. The rooms were spotless and outstanding. For the price, the flat was definitely a five-star stay, with nothing to fault. We recommend it and will stay here again from now on. Paul B.

Mandy and Jed are lovely, genuine people, and the hosts and staff were all so helpful and polite. The apartment had everything we needed, with comfy beds and clean towels every day. The place was clean too. I'd never stay anywhere else in Blackpool.

The owners were very friendly. I spent four really comfortable nights in Flat 1 St Nicholas Holiday Flats. It was immaculate and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for my stay and a very comfortable bed.

It's very central for everything, and the place was nice and clean with friendly staff. But nobody told us building work was going on. Getting woken at 8am every morning wasn't what I wanted on holiday. The back door also wouldn't lock because it had no lock.
