Sutton Park Guest House

The adjoining bunk-bed room for the kids was a big reason we booked. It meant we could read or watch TV while they slept, which worked perfectly. The B&B is clean, beautifully decorated and well furnished, and breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. They can cater for veggies and vegans, including veggie sausages, bacon or black pudding on request. The location sits between the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastles and the Tower and Blackpool centre, with the seafront and a tram stop just a minute away. The owners and their dogs were lovely too.

For the price, we were really impressed, and it was brilliant value. The room had thoughtful little extras, including proper fresh milk for hot drinks and blister plasters for long walks along the prom. It's a lovely B&B in a great spot, and the host was so friendly and happy to help. We'd certainly come back.

We had a one-night stay in room 2 with our little boy for the Christmas lights, and we'll definitely return soon. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. We felt welcome and at home as soon as we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is beautiful, and the room had everything we needed, including home comforts like a fridge with fresh milk, fresh towels, soaps and even sanitary towels. Thanks for a wonderful stay. X

We were in Blackpool for the darts at Winter Gardens and had a brilliant stay at Sutton Park. Stuart was a great host. No complaints, and I'd happily recommend it to others making the trip.
