The tram was about a five-minute walk away, when it was running to schedule, and it gives access along Blackpool seafront and up to Fleetwood. Our room was clean, well arranged, and had facilities of a high standard. Lorraine and Brian were wonderful hosts, and breakfast was just right. We had a fantastic few days and certainly plan to return.

We felt very welcome, and had a lovely weekend. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely too. It’s a quiet spot right by Blackpool’s attractions, with trams stopping nearby, so they’re easy to catch.

Bryan and Lorraine were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

The location made for a peaceful stay, close to the promenade, a convenience store, chemist and laundrette, while still away from the bustle. We heard from people at breakfast who’ve stayed with Lorraine and Brian every Blackpool holiday for 11 years, and one group has been coming to The Beechcliff for more than 17 years. It’s easy to see why, and we’ll return too. After our long drive from London, Brian gave us a warm welcome and safe parking for our rental car. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed and a TV with Netflix login available. Each morning Lorraine greeted us, and breakfast was delicious: full English, cereal, toast, orange juice and good coffee. They take real pride in the guest house, and no request seemed too much trouble. We also enjoyed chatting with the other guests. Thanks again, Lorraine and Brian, for making our six-day stay so enjoyable.
