For the price, I couldn’t fault it and will definitely stay again. I was in Blackpool for our annual magic convention at the winter gardens, and the guest house had the bonus of adjacent parking with security cameras. The welcome was friendly, and although the rooms are basic, they’re very clean with super comfortable beds. Breakfast was included in the bargain price and really nice. The staff were very friendly, and extra tea or toast was no problem.

Breakfast was excellent, and the customer service was probably the best I’ve experienced. The team were friendly, efficient and always happy to help, nothing was ever too much bother. They should be proud of their staff. The rooms were comfortable and the beds very comfortable too. I’d definitely stay again if I’m on this side of town. Thank you.

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely, with juice and cereal to start, then a cooked meal with plenty of toast and tea or coffee. The dining room was spacious, and there was also a nice bar area and a games room. Our room was nice and basic, with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the stay and would use this hotel again when we’re in Blackpool.

Lovely staff and a really nice breakfast. My son loved eating and playing snooker, and was happy talking about it. The bed was good and we slept well. There were lots of football teams around, all chatting away. A fantastic 10 stars.

I’m glad I chose this hotel for the Milan ladies group's members. I arranged a group booking for 34 people on November 27, and we got a warm welcome, very friendly service, a great location and a nice breakfast.
