Brilliant location, with a clean, warm room. Chris is a friendly bloke who can't do enough for you. Breakfast was filling and great value, and he even asks how many pieces of toast you'd like. We only just got back from our one-night stay, but we'd definitely go again.

We've stayed in several B&Bs in Blackpool over the years, and this one was fantastic. Chris made us feel welcome and pointed us to some great places to eat. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was amazing, with loads of choice and a piping-hot Full English. The one-night price including breakfast was so good, I don't think another B&B will beat it. I'll definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

The lounge is spacious, and so is the clean dining and breakfast area. The rooms were warm and very clean, and breakfast gets full marks from me. Chris was friendly and took plenty of time to help with what we needed. I also thought it deserved recognition that he knows BSL. A friend had booked this place on previous visits, and on my first time in Blackpool I could see what a gem it is. Thanks to everyone who makes it so special. I'll be back and will recommend it.

I've stayed here three times and would highly recommend it. The host is so friendly, the rooms are great, the beds are comfy and breakfast can't be beaten. What more could you want?
