The singer was very good, but the weekend and hotel were a real disappointment. Our room was dirty, with stained sheets, a foul smell, wallpaper peeling off and a toilet that was loose on the wall. The view was awful too. We paid £80 for the drinks package and didn’t think it was good value. In the afternoon my friend was told she’d had too much to drink, which upset her. The manager said she was within her rights to say that. Later, after my friend fell, we were accused of being on drugs and told they’d call the police and throw us out. We felt uncomfortable at the bar and left after one night, out of pocket from booking another hotel. The situation could have been handled far more professionally. I won’t return or recommend this place. Avoid.

The staff made us feel so welcome, especially Mel and Alan. Food was great and the entertainment each night was superb. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the lovely staff. 😍

Sitting in the sun room and watching the world go by was lovely, and the evening entertainment was a nice extra. The rooms were clean, and I had one of the best roast dinners ever. We stayed at the beginning of August and found this budget hotel excellent value. Would happily stay again.

We’re from Belfast and will definitely come back. The chef deserves a mention because the food was amazing, and the evening entertainment was as good as you’d find in pricier hotels. My family spent last week here and really enjoyed it. The staff looked after us so well. Thank you Martin, Angela and everyone.

The owners are brilliant and muck in alongside the staff. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family, and nothing seems too much trouble. The food is out of this world and the entertainment is brilliant too. Lovely hotel, we’ll be going back very soon.
