The owners were really nice and the hospitality was amazing. The room was clean, very spacious and had a nice bathroom and shower. It’s in an excellent spot near the beach and all the attractions. I’d definitely recommend it.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! There are new owners, and there was no chef, bar, water or kettle, nothing beyond a room with a bed. The rooms were a mess, with missing drawers, and they were dirty and smelly. The owner kept spraying everywhere. They also took our money. We booked through booking.com, but booking.com blocked us by email and didn’t respond at all. We had to go through our bank. DO NOT BOOK!

The host and entertainment were incredible. They made everyone feel welcome, and we had such a good laugh. Breakfast was amazing, with a buffet followed by a full English. Dinner had two options, with a starter and dessert. The room was okay. There was nothing wrong with it, but it could do with a touch-up, and I can see they’re refurbishing. The location was great, not far from the beach. I’d recommend this hotel.

Dear Oaklea Team, My recent stay was extremely disappointing. On arrival, the room was filthy, with dirty bed linens and towels. There was no Wi-Fi, it was freezing cold, and the furniture and fixtures were damaged. I raised these problems with both the manager and the owner, but they seemed completely indifferent. They showed no concern about the room’s condition or how uncomfortable I was. I’ve never experienced such poor accommodation and service. I can’t recommend this hotel and strongly advise people to look elsewhere. I won’t be returning. Sincerely, Andreas
