The breakfast was very good. The English breakfast looked lovely, though I had cereal, which was a generous serving, with plenty of toast and fruit. The landlord and landlady were very accommodating. If I return to Blackpool, I’ll certainly stay at the Penrhyn again.

They made us feel really welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The place was very clean, breakfast was great, and they were full of helpful information about what was available in and around Blackpool. I’ll definitely go back.

We slept brilliantly after a day out in Blackpool, helped by the soft bed and the good room with its ensuite and tea and coffee. Breakfast was a proper full English, black pudding included. Laurie and Caron were lovely and knew loads about Blackpool. We had a great little break at The Penrhyn. If we come back, we'll check availability here first. Thanks to them both for a lovely stay.

We liked being at the quieter end of Blackpool, with the busier spots still easy to reach. The room was small but had what we needed, and the price was good for what we got. Lawrie and Caron were very accommodating and knew the area well, which came in handy. Breakfast was generous, with plenty for us and all our needs covered. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Laurie and Caron were so patient and kind with the kids, and made such a fuss of them. You could tell they're used to children, with adult kids and little grandchildren of their own. They made my daughter's birthday feel special. We were in Blackpool overnight for it and visited the sandcastle and other attractions. The Penrhyn made a great base, clean and comfortable, with everything kept to a really high standard. Breakfast was a brilliant start to the day. Thanks so much, we'll be back!
