The steep stairs were difficult for my mother to manage while carrying the pushchair with a baby in it. That was the only thing I disliked. Otherwise, it’s fabulous, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly owners. Everything was laid out for you and the place was so clean. Definitely worth it. We went a couple of months ago.

For a home-from-home stay, Strides Hotel is a good choice. Carol and Stuart are warm, friendly and courteous hosts, and they cater for people with disabilities. The full English breakfast is scrumptious. It’s close to bonny Street Market and coral Island, and I’d highly recommend it to couples and families.

I had a lovely time at this hotel with my mum and sister a couple of weeks ago. It was a lovely place, and the couple running it were lovely too. I’m going back in October with my partner and two children.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and breakfast was fantastic. Stuart and Carol were really nice and always on hand. We stayed this weekend and will definitely come back. Great location, easily 5 stars. Thanks 😊😊

The last-minute booking had me keeping my expectations low, but the stay turned out perfectly. Our room was spotless, the B&B owners were friendly and very helpful, and the location worked perfectly for us. We’ll come back and would definitely recommend it.
