Wellington Hotel

The rooms are immaculate and each has its own bathroom, and the promenade is conveniently close. The proprietors are very friendly and welcoming. I’d happily recommend staying here and will certainly come back.

The breakfast had plenty of choice, from a full English to toast, with tea, coffee and orange juice. I had scrambled egg on toast and really enjoyed it, while my partner’s full English kept him going until early evening. Children are welcome, and the hotel has a TV room, a small pool room, a dining room and a relaxing room with a bar. The Wellington is in a perfect spot, halfway between the Tower and the Fairground, and close to the promenade. Paul and Yevette were warm, friendly and efficient. Because the stairs were an issue for me, Paul called to say our room had been moved from the top floor to a first-floor room at the back. The first-floor room was snug and warm, with soft, thick grey carpet and lemon and grey wallpaper. It was very clean, as were the exceptionally fresh-smelling bedding and the hand and bath towels. The shower, toilet and sink were clean and suited our needs. We’ll definitely return to The Wellington. Thank you very much.

The breakfast fills you up for the day. You book it in advance, and it comes with orange juice, tea, coffee and cereals, followed by a cooked breakfast, then toast and jam. The cleanliness at the wellington is outstanding, and there’s always a warm welcome. You’re right between the north and south, with the tram only 3 mins away. Paul & Yvette are perfect hosts. We always stay here and think it’s a 5 star stay. No need to look anywhere else, this is the best b&b in blackpool. Fab from start to finish! 🥰😍🥰😍

The staff were fantastic and really helpful, the rooms spotless, and the location fab. Breakfast was really good and came out almost straight away. We had an amazing time and I couldn’t fault the hotel or owners. I’d book again without hesitation. Thanks for having us!
