Meadowside Farm House is like a Tardis, much bigger inside than it looks. It was a perfect spot for our family reunion, and the photos really don't do it justice. The farmhouse has lovely character furnishings alongside modern lazy boy sofas in the open plan living area, which has a fire. There's a smart TV with lots of channels, plus a travel cot and spare camper bed. With four bedrooms, two separate lounges, two full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, an extra downstairs toilet and a huge utility room, there's plenty of room for two families, extended family or friends. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, and the house has a huge garden with lovely outdoor furniture for taking in the uninterrupted views of the countryside, hills and forest. We saw rabbits and bats too. It's easy to find on Google maps, with ample parking. A huge park with lots of facilities is just a few minutes' walk away, and groceries are easy to pick up nearby. The owners were extremely accommodating.

We came for an event in Dundee, just a 15/20minute drive away, and the location worked perfectly. Town was an easy walk, with very friendly locals and staff. I'd definitely recommend this property for a family getaway. It felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed and more. The welcome gesture was a thoughtful touch, and the downstairs shower was so good I could have stayed in it all day, haha. We were travelling with our 6 month old for the first time and had packed everything but the kitchen sink. It was great to find a steriliser, baby cutlery and travel cot there. Maybe add these to the description or list of available items, since that could save families some packing space.
