Trevali Guest House

The owners gave very good service. I left a dress in the wardrobe when I checked out, and they phoned right away, so I could collect it before catching my train. The breakfast basket was good, and the shower was excellent. The bathroom was very big, while the single room could have been a little larger. Still, the room had everything I needed. A good four star B&B.

Alison and Trevor made us feel welcome, and check-in was easy. They gave us a permit for parking. The room was nice, with an en-suite, and the bed was so comfortable that we had an amazing night's sleep. Lots of little touches helped make it a really nice stay. It's close to both the beach and shopping area, and a great spot for visiting the local area. I'd definitely recommend it.

The guest house is in a quiet part of town, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and town centre. We had a clean, well-appointed room overlooking the sea, with an en-suite, a big double bed, TV and DVD player, hairdryer, kettle and iron. The fully cooked breakfast was served each morning, with other choices on the menu too. We were in Bognor Regis for Ben Thompson's Ultimate Elvis show at the Alexandra Theatre, only a stone's throw away. We both enjoyed our stay, and Allison and Trevor were perfect hosts.

We thought this was a brilliant guest house before lockdown, but it hasn't been the same since. Prices are higher now, breakfast is no longer served, and the owners seem to have an attitude towards guests. The air pad charging points in the rooms didn't charge phones. We tried three different phones. I also slipped getting out of the bath, and there could have been something in it to prevent that. We've decided we won't stay at this hotel again.
