John, the manager, is fantastic and ready to help at any hour. His wife makes a wonderful breakfast. I’ve visited twice and plan to come back again, and the price is good too.

The owners really make the place. They managed the hostel brilliantly and went well beyond what was needed whenever an issue came up. They couldn’t have done more to make our trip special. Our room had a fantastic sea or mountain view, and the beds were clean and comfortable, with built-in lights and chargers. The hostel is right opposite the beach and has plenty of parking, making it a great base for walks, beach visits, or just relaxing in the surroundings. Can’t rate it highly enough, fantastic staff too!

We had a wonderful stay on a geography field trip. The beach is just a short walk away, and the views stretch from the sea out front to the mountains behind. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming, and the food was superb, especially the chicken curry and breakfast. Great hostel, good food, and lovely staff. I’d definitely stay again.

We were about 20m from the sea, with amazing views, and the owners made us feel right at home. They’re wonderful, kind people, and the stay was brilliant. The food they cooked for breakfast and dinner was outstanding, so good I even went back for seconds. I’d recommend it to anyone, and it’d be a great place for a geography school trip.
