Michelle was lovely at this beautiful shop, and even modelled some jackets because my wife had broken her arm. Such amazing customer service. We had a brilliant time in Boscastle and will be back :)

I bought four single scoop ice creams at the Harbour Light ice cream shop in Boscastle today. One had a hole through the middle where the scoop had gone in, so I asked the girl to remake it. Her eye roll said it all, and she was very rude. If my six-year-old niece hadn’t been with me, I’d have refused the lot and gone somewhere else. So rude.

Popped in just to browse, but the helpful, friendly sales assistant and great clothing selection convinced me to leave with a good quality coat that I love. I’d thoroughly recommend this shop if you’re visiting Boscastle.

The staff were great and even suggested a few walks for us. I also picked up some lovely gloves and tried the ice cream from the hatch. It was lovely, especially the Italian cherry 😋🍧

I bought five ice creams today. The girl seemed more interested in her phone and was miserable. I kept saying please and thank you after each order, but she was really rude. We always get an ice cream from here when we visit, but that’ll stop now.
