Bamboo Guesthouse

We found two rooms at very short notice. The manager was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and self-serve breakfast was included in the price. It's near the town centre and lots of shops, with the beach not too far away. A lovely stay, and I'd come back.

The rooms at Bamboo were very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. It's well placed for both the town and the beach. Breakfast and the lack of someone on site let it down a little. Someone had eaten before us, leaving a table covered in crumbs that we had to clean ourselves. Having somebody supervising could have prevented that. Still, we had a very pleasant stay.

The manager was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast was self-serve and included in the price. We were able to park right outside the house when we arrived, and the booking instructions also mentioned two other free parking lots as alternatives. The town centre and plenty of shops are close by, and the beach isn't too far. A lovely experience.

We've stayed here twice for the Bournemouth Air Show and will definitely return. It's good value and in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are clean and lovely. The beds are a bit soft, and my partner found the road outside noisy at times, but after all the walking I was out as soon as my head hit the pillow.
