Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre

The location was brilliant, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Since I'm in a wheelchair and the lift to get into the hotel was out of order, a staff member had to let me in through the delivery entrance and laundry area. It was far from ideal, and I couldn't come and go independently because I had to wait for staff to let me in or out. The room was freezing. My husband put our coats over me in bed to help me warm up. There was only one pillow for me, and the bed was really uncomfortable, unlike the advert. Breakfast was lukewarm. Unfortunately, a brilliant location couldn't make up for all that.

The beach and town are both right nearby, and the rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, the food was good, and I can't fault the hotel. Waitstaff and kitchen staff were especially helpful with my dietary requirements. I'm very happy with their service and the hotel.

I arrived late with my children and realised I'd booked the wrong date. Online, the hotel showed as fully booked, and we were in a really stressful spot. The staff understood and worked hard to find us a room, so we had somewhere safe and comfortable for the night. I'm very grateful for how professionally and kindly they handled it. The room was clean, comfortable and ready for us, and the service was outstanding throughout. Thanks to everyone who helped turn a stressful situation into a very positive experience.

A 4.5-star rating just doesn't seem fair. The people who looked after me were some of the loveliest professionals I've ever met, and the hotel's location right in the middle of town is absolutely perfect. This place is amazing!
