Tudor Grange

We planned to stay in the hotel’s cottage for four days, then added another four. It suited us perfectly and gave us the peace and quiet we wanted. The hotel was very accommodating about our needs. The only downside was bins being moved around noisily in the early hours. It wasn’t enough to lower the rating, though it might be something they could address. I’d definitely recommend the place and visit again.

The gardens are kept beautifully and make up for the fact that the sea views are a five-minute walk away. Inside and out, the hotel is gorgeously presented, and the clean, well-maintained rooms fit the character of the building. It’s in a quiet spot on East Cliff, with friendly staff who give you space rather than being too familiar. The self-service buffet has a good choice of cooked food, breads and cereals. I’ve stayed twice, booked another visit for next month, and it’s the best Bournemouth hotel we’ve found in its price range.

We came for a pre-Christmas party with friends, and it was a wonderful place to hold it. The staff were warm and welcoming, and served a fabulous spread with a great choice of cheeses, meats and other food. Tudor Grange is a beautiful, characterful hotel in a lovely setting, conveniently close to the seafront and town centre for anyone staying there.

The suite made for a really romantic stay, with a lovely large bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe that doubled as a make-up room. We loved staying here, and the breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend.
