We had a really enjoyable long weekend at Kooky Cottage. It's an old place, so the very steep stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom and down to the kitchen aren't a surprise. The cottage is comfortable and well maintained, and Brecon is just a convenient ten-minute stroll away.

The river and nature are just a five-minute walk down the road, which I loved. Inside, the cosy sitting room is right by the front door, with a wood burner and a lovely layout. There's a very clean, modern kitchen downstairs, and a nice bedroom and bathroom upstairs. I loved it.
