Breakfast isn't being served at the moment, but there are facilities for making hot drinks, and they offered fresh milk. We found the room clean and pleasant, not dated, with a fridge and a really good, powerful shower. I was performing at the lodge bar/club for a kids rave, at the biggest arcade, and needed somewhere nice nearby. The host was incredible with our little girl, made us feel very welcome, and was so reassuring with her. She offered us everything and more. The service was second to none, and the place was so accommodating. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I couldn't resist sharing the love. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere nice to stay in Bridlington. Christian white Leeds

Hugo and Imogen were excellent hosts, the best you'll find anywhere. The rooms were tidy, the TV was big enough, and the beds were perfect. I laid my head on the pillows and was asleep just like that. I'd highly recommend this guest house for a solo stay or a family trip. Maybe they'll franchise someday, it could be a fab, premium firm.

The host Anne was so lovely and inviting, and you can tell the business means a lot to her. We had a pleasant stay, with a clean room, a very comfortable bed, and a great shower. We'll definitely visit again.

Anne and Catherine, the new owners, are working extremely hard to do up the guest house. They're very welcoming and can't do enough for you. Breakfast isn't offered, but there are lots of cafes nearby. The place is still a work in progress, yet the time and service these hosts give are second to none.

I was only there for one night while visiting a friend and his extended family, and it felt like a home from home. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the hotelier was a treat, friendly, easy to chat with, and very welcoming. She even let me park my scooter in a safe, gated area down the side of the hotel. It's a pity I couldn't stay longer, as I think I'd have got on great with her and her partner. I'll book again next time I'm in the area. Thanks for making me feel so welcome, I really appreciated it.
