The apartment was clean, modern and attractive, with its own parking space and a great view down the little street, plus the seafront to the right. The block is a bit tired, but inside it’s lovely. It made a nice base for exploring Brighton, with the Lanes about a 10-15 minute walk away. We had a lovely stay and will return.

Having Burlington Beach apartments nearby was a real comfort while my Dad was in hospital, especially since it was only a short walk away. The apartment felt like home, was comfortable, clean and fresh, and nicely decorated. It was also well equipped, with useful extras like tea, coffee and washing-up liquid. We had a wonderful stay in this quiet part of Kemptown. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, fridge and dishwasher. The host was very helpful.

Stayed here in the first week of September. The apartment had everything we needed. It’s an easy walk or bus ride into the city centre, and being a little away from the main drag meant it was quieter.
