The owner gave us useful tips for getting around town and was warm and welcoming. We were here for the Blackpool Cup with our two children, and the hotel was in a handy spot, far enough from the main strip to avoid late-night noise but still just a short tram ride from the attractions. Breakfast had a great choice of high-quality food and was fantastic. Parking is somewhat limited, though we found a spot in the car park both nights without any trouble. We'd consider staying again next time we're here.

The beach is right across from the hotel, with lovely views and a peaceful feel. We were greeted warmly at reception and got clear information and helpful instructions straight away. Breakfast was fresh, full of flavour and generous, a lovely start to the day. We stayed one night, and the comfort and hospitality exceeded what we expected.

Denise and John were welcoming hosts and served a quality, first class breakfast. This is a family run hotel with its own car park and a well stocked bar that has a pool table. It's about 3 km from the town centre, and the tram stop is only a two minute walk away.

The hotel was warm, spacious, nicely presented and welcoming, and its location right on the promenade was fabulous. There were five of us staying for two nights, and Denise and John greeted us at reception, explained everything and handed over our keys. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our rooms were clean and to a high standard, and breakfast was amazing. We'll definitely book again and recommend it to friends and family.

We were a family of four staying for two nights. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome, and we'll be back. Rooms were beautiful, modern, clean and tidy, with plenty of space, plus tea, coffee and bottled water. The bar had a good range of drinks and there was a pool table. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Thank you!
