The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the entertainment was fun. The whole team on duty were wonderful and did everything they could to make the stay memorable. We booked the New Year Package and weren't disappointed. The welcome was warm and friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable and had a great sea view. Our expectations were exceeded, and we're already looking forward to staying again!

We had such a good time at the three-night New Year party break, celebrating the start of 2026 with the other guests and staff. There was loads of food, plus great entertainment, from cabaret acts to DJs and bingo. The bar prices are very reasonable, and I love the cocktails. The staff really make this hotel and go above and beyond. We've booked again for next New Year because we had the best time.

Breakfast had a great spread of hot and cold food, plus lots of different teas. The host was friendly and informative, and there are plenty of places to eat and have a drink within easy walking distance. The B&B is centrally located on the seafront, with panoramic views from our bay window. Tram and bus stops are right outside. We visited in November and the room was always warm, with a hot drinks setup and a TV, and the bed was comfortable. It took a while for hot water to reach the taps, but we were on the top floor. There's a lift if you don't fancy the stairs.

The food was beautiful, and I wish I knew the other kitchen lady's name because both of you are amazing at what you do. Dan at the bar went above and beyond with drinks for my 10-year-old, and she's still talking about it. Mark, our entertainment guru, was amazing too. Keep your bingo lady, I've never laughed so hard playing bingo! Big shout-out to josh, chris and chloe, the staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay special. And last but not least, vicky and Mark, you two are so lovely. I can't find enough words to describe you. What a crack team, I can't wait to come back. If you're after a brilliant family experience, this is the place.

We spent Christmas here and had a fantastic few days. The hospitality was brilliant, there was loads of fun and bingo, and we never went hungry from the moment we arrived. A lovely family-run hotel, great job!
