Darren and Alison are wonderful hosts, and the breakfast is so good. You can choose something other than the full English, too. The rooms are lovely and everything is spotless. You can tell they've put a lot of thought and hard work into making guests comfortable, and they've done a brilliant job. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else now. A big thank you to Darren and Alison. See you in November!

This was our second visit, and both stays have been amazing. Darren and Alison are great, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotless and we love the breakfast. The Breen is our go-to in Blackpool. If it's full when we plan our next trip, we'd rather rearrange our dates and wait until it has a vacancy.

The hotel was spotless throughout, and breakfast was exceptional. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay better. I'd highly recommend it.
