The room was just as described, quiet and peaceful, in a lovely part of town, and the price was decent. I booked by phone with the owner. I can't remember her name, but we had a fantastic conversation and she explained everything clearly. Karen looked after my room and breakfast, and was kind, patient and lovely. There's a radio rather than a TV in the room. I didn't mind and enjoyed Classic FM that night, though it may not suit everyone. If you're visiting Bristol, give this place a look. Thanks again 😊

The shared living and kitchen areas gave our group of 14 families and friends plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded. The house is stunning and in a great part of Bristol, and the bedrooms had everything our guests needed. Tina was super accommodating, with brilliant communication before, during and after our stay. We'd absolutely book it again.

Tina made sure we had all the information we needed before arriving, and stayed available with helpful advice while we were there, including when a storm delayed our departure. She'd made the house feel cosy for Christmas with a tree and lights. Our group of 11 friends, all women over 60, had a wonderful time. The house is clean, beautiful and handy for public transport. We loved Bristol too, and would stay nowhere else if we came back.

Tina was so welcoming, and the place had a lovely relaxed feel. Everything was really clean, with a spacious living room, big TV, beautiful kitchen and high ceilings. There's also the most adorable little poodle who just wants to hang out all the time. I wish it were my house!
