The upstairs wooden bedroom floors carried enough noise at night to keep this from being a five-star stay. Still, I had a great time and plan to come back. The owners were friendly and helpful, my room was bright, clean and cheerful, and the shared bathrooms had everything stocked that you might need. Breakfast was help-yourself, with cereals, toast, fruit, croissants and toppings.

The arrival briefing was excellent, and the rooms had kettles with tea and coffee. There are two bathrooms and public parking spaces nearby. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good for a B&B. I was in room 1, though, and could hear a lot from the main door and passing cars.

The guest house was clean and tidy, and having breakfast food available at any time was a welcome extra. The owner was really friendly. It's in a great spot if you're going to the stadium or spending time on that side of Bristol. I'd happily recommend it and stay again.

Simon was a lovely host and gave us useful tips on places to eat and things to do in Bristol. The house itself was very clean and charming, with a good breakfast spread of toast, cereal, hot drinks, juice and fruit. It's close to a lovely park, has free Wi-Fi, and we found free street parking easily. Really nice B&B.

Room 5 had a nice view of ashton gate, and the stadium is right outside, so it's an ideal place to stay for footie. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee available to help ourselves to, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were very clean. Simon was helpful from booking through arrival. Great price and value, everything was amazing, and I'd definitely stay again. Outstanding, 5*******.
