The place looked good online, and we only needed somewhere temporary when we first arrived in Bristol intending to move here. I wondered how bad it could be, but a lot of what was advertised simply wasn't working or there. The bed was uncomfortable, squeaky, and felt brittle. There was no heating in the lounge. The shower had weak pressure and no warm water. Basic kitchen items, including a toaster and various utensils, were missing. The internet was unusable for work or even streaming. We also had no towels for 20 days, despite emailing twice and getting no reply.

Stayed at this place, which felt more like halls than a hotel, and got scabies right afterwards. Absolutely disgusting, book if you want mites under your skin.

The team communicated really well whenever there was a problem. Thanks, it was very good value.
