The owners were lovely, the price was very competitive, and there's plenty to do locally, with lots of nice restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Breakfast served in the room was plentiful, and we loved the cake too. The bed was comfortable. The old farmhouse is stylishly decorated, and both B&B rooms have been designed with real attention to detail and good taste. They're wonderful rooms in a beautiful garden oasis, surrounded by 200 acres of countryside owned by the former farmer. Don't let the light industrial units next door put you off, they had no effect on our stay at all. I really couldn't fault it.

Everything was a delight, from the lovely colourful rooms to the amazing garden and host. Thanks so much for making our stay so nice. If you love nature and want to relax, you have to come here!

The food was all handmade, and the bread and cake were delightful. Margaret and Graham were incredibly helpful, and the room was very cosy. I thought the woodburner in the room was a nice touch for when you get chilly. The B&B is good value, set in peaceful surroundings but still close to town. I'd most certainly stay again if I'm in the area.

Friendly, helpful hosts, great beds and gorgeous linen that made for a good night's sleep. The home-cooked food was delicious, and the place has bags of personality. It's a winner, highly recommended.

The grounds and rooms are both lovely, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. I’d happily come back and would recommend staying here.
