The dinner at Plas Dinas was superb, with wonderful food, wine and service. It felt like everyone there truly cared about giving each guest a special experience. My wife and I came on a driving tour to see Wales, and ended up having probably the most elegant stay we’ve ever had. The estate’s natural beauty and the intricate details in every room were striking. Daniel and Annie have put so much into the place, and it shows. We feel honored to have stayed at such a beautiful historic property.

The dining room served food of incredible quality, and the staff and management treated us like honored guests. They were amazing professionals and took care with every little detail. It’s a beautiful country house in a stunning setting. The history, artifacts, books, furniture and architecture make it a rare place to visit, while it’s still very comfortable. Highly recommended for a holiday or getaway.

The service from everyone on staff was fantastic, and the treacle bread they serve whenever we visit for dinner still amazes me. We had a wonderful evening meal at The Gunroom Restaurant, with wine pairings that complemented each course perfectly. We stayed last weekend and loved the whole experience. The room was stunning, and the bathroom was amazing, with a freestanding bath, underfloor heating and a separate shower. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

I wondered if the evening meals would justify the price, but they were worth every penny. The rooms are fantastic, with quirky touches and real quality. Service is exceptional, and the location is in some of the best countryside in the country.
