easyHotel Cardiff City Centre

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was really comfy. Housekeeping kept it clean and fresh during my visit. Ali and Louis were wonderful too, welcoming and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and everything felt easy from the start. The staff were kind throughout and clearly cared about making guests happy. It’s great value, and I’ll book again next time I’m in town.

At 3AM, my girlfriend and I got locked out of our apartment, my fault, and couldn’t find a room anywhere after calling around. At easy hotel, Arjun and shah greeted us straight away and were incredibly helpful. Arjun even let me borrow his power bank. Check-in went smoothly, the room was amazingly clean, and I think it’s very undervalued. The service was even better. We had an AMAZING experience, and I’ll keep an eye out for other easy hotels on our next holiday. Thanks again to Arjun and Shah.

From 930pm until 4am, a group of drunken men in the room next to mine were partying, slamming doors, running along the corridors, and playing loud music. I tried to deal with it myself but got nowhere. The noise started again at 0630am. When I complained to the " assistant hotel manager " and asked for a full refund, he was very dismissive. His response left me with the impression that guests booking in Cardiff should expect this kind of " antics " and take their chances. Beware of easy hotel Cardiff!!

The bed and pillows were so cosy that my husband, who normally snores, didn’t snore, and I slept better than I have at most hotels. We only got this room at the last minute after another hotel let us down yesterday morning, as we were in town to see good old Jeff Dunham. It’s basic, wheelchair accessible, and the staff were great. The lady who couldn’t find me on the system got my approval that this place is better than zip Cardiff. (No offence premier inn.) Free WiFi and air con or heat were nice extras. The nearest parking was £25 😞😞. Someone did try to get into my room, and I was very angry, but he kept apologising. I’d happily come back for a night’s rest.
