Quayside by Urban Space

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the cleaning was thorough. I stayed in Century Wharf for a few months and had no complaints. Wifi never dropped while I was there. It's a five minute walk to the town centre, with a big shop across the road that's open late. Great location and services, and I'd recommend booking here.

Apartment 34 is in a large block at Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay, between a Sainsburys that's open late and a cafe, with more cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is really good, and the bus into the centre is two minutes away. I stayed two nights for a concert and paid £133.65 per night. The flat was spacious, large, and had a balcony. The booking was easy, and Quayside communicated well. Everything was clear. The furnishings were older, which didn't bother me, but the place needed a proper clean. It felt run down and had only been cleaned superficially. The windows clearly hadn't been cleaned properly for a looong time, and the bathroom and other areas weren't clean either. I don't expect spotless windows, but I could tell they'd been neglected. At £133.65 a night, or any price really, it needs to be clean. There was no hairdryer either, which I really missed. Tbh, I personally wouldn't book again.

I visited family here. It's such a neat and tidy place, with a fob-access entrance. It could be an Airbnb, but I'm 100% sure it's not a hotel. Flats or apartments are available to rent or buy. Parking is the biggest drawback. There are only a limited number of spaces for rent, and you never get one. I always had trouble parking my car.

The apartment is well situated, but it wasn't clean. There were drainage problems too. The quality doesn't justify the price.
