We left feeling rested and really pleased with our stay. The owners have a great setup, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and supplied with all the usual hotel fittings and luxuries. We couldn’t find a speck of dust or dirt. We were only there for the weekend and hadn’t known what to expect before arriving at the hotel or guesthouse. Given our luck and the price, we weren’t feeling too hopeful. What a pleasant surprise. If I’m back in Cardiff, this will be my first choice. It was worth taking the time to write a review.

Handy for walking into the centre, and there’s a bus stop right outside. The hotel was clean and nice, but at £75 per person per night they don’t make the bed or even empty the bins. They only change the coffee cups, and maybe give things a wipe with a cloth.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are really friendly. It’s not too far from the city centre, and there are a couple of takeaway places about a 15 minute walk away. Great place to stay!

It’s a converted Victorian house with a TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a fan. You can ask for a hairdryer. The Triton showers have rather low pressure, though the place was really warm in winter.

There’s free parking with lots of spaces round the back, and it’s easy to get to. Town is a straight walk, about 15 minutes away. I was very impressed and would stay here again.
