The room was cold, which wasn't great for a child, and the mirror and side desk had visible marks that should have been cleaned. The hotel was pleasant and very quiet, so we slept well. Breakfast was okay, and the reception staff were lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. The hotel and room were very clean, and breakfast had a good range with something for everyone. The staff we met were friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed in the Cheltenham suite and were amazed by how lovely the room was. The leisure centre and gym were a real pleasure to use, and the location worked well, about a 5/10 minute drive into Cheltenham centre. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We've both stayed at lots of Cheltenham hotels, and we'll definitely return here.

From the stop a five minute walk away, we caught the quick local bus to Gloucester and its cathedral. We booked this break at the last minute and really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, and the rooms felt fresh with very comfortable beds. The pool was busy during the holiday period, but it was well organised and the attendant was very pleasant.

We were too far out to walk into Cheltenham centre, but buses and taxis are options if you don't have a car. The main road setting isn't very scenic, though traffic noise wasn't too bad. The twin room was great value and had everything we needed. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym were such a nice bonus and made our stay special.
