The townhouse is stylish and modern, and its location is ideal. But it needs a lot of maintenance. The cinema room was down in a cold basement, which didn't match the way the house was advertised as “luxury”.

We booked in January and paid a deposit, then our booking was cancelled with just three weeks to go, ten months later. It's Oct half term, so now we have to try to find somewhere else. Very poor service. Be cautious with this company and house.

Modern but still warm and welcoming, it felt more like home than anywhere I've stayed on holiday. I spent two nights here with my husband and our baby, and the apartment was sparkling clean. The location couldn't be better. We'll definitely stay again.
