We had a lovely few days here with our young family and dog. It’s peaceful, even though the city centre is close by, and the river views and park next door make the setting especially nice. The host kept in touch well and was attentive throughout. The period property was clean, warm and clearly well cared for. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

We keep coming back to Rondeva, this was visit number four, in December. It’s a characterful place in lovely river scenery, and an easy short walk into Chester. Everything we needed was there, and the host was accommodating with excellent communication.

Chris was personable and dependable with communication, which helped make our family trip easy. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It’s a lovely quiet spot looking over the river Dee, while still being within walking distance of Chester city centre.

The kitchen is very well equipped if you’d rather cook, though there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We found the place warm, cozy and comfortable, with the river Dee right outside and the city centre just a few minutes away on foot. It’s a beautiful property, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in summer.
